To all EU countries we send  orders using DPD – the parcel will be delivered by courier  to Your house. 

When Your parcel is in place, you will receive SMS/e-mail from the DPD with tracking code and delivery information.

You also will receive e-mail with “Your order is completed” means we have shipped the lamps to You. And it takes 1-8 working days to arrive (depends of the destination).

Please always control Your delivery information (address, zip code, telephone number etc)!

Please notice that if You put company’s name in delivery information You will NOT receive any messages from DPD. This is a feature of DPD’s service. Thank You for understanding.

To all non-EU countries we send  orders using postage services – the parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office to Your house (or by courier, it depends of local service).

When Your parcel is in place, you will receive SMS/letter from the postage service and could pick it up at any time convenient for you.

You also will receive e-mail with “Your order is completed” means we have shipped the lamps to You. And it takes 8-20 working days to arrive (depends of the destination).
