Choosing your makeup lights
What is the difference between Basic 4+4, Premium 5+5 and PRO 6+6? +
All three sets are designed to provide balanced lighting from both sides of your mirror. The main difference is the amount of light and coverage.
Which Lamps4Makeup set should I choose? +
For most home makeup spaces, Premium 5+5 is the best starting point. Choose Basic if you have a smaller setup or need less light, and PRO if you have a larger vanity, work as a makeup artist or regularly create photo and video content.

How do I know whether the lights will fit my vanity? +
Measure the width of your mirror and the available space on both sides. If you are unsure, send us your mirror width and vanity width through our Contact page and we will help you choose the most suitable setup.
Do I need to buy a new mirror? +
No. Lamps4Makeup lights are designed to add balanced lighting around a mirror you already own.
Can I use the lights for skincare and getting ready too? +
Yes. The even lighting works well for everyday makeup, skincare, getting ready and other beauty routines where clear and consistent illumination is useful.
Which set is best for filming and content creation? +
PRO 6+6 offers the widest coverage of the three sets and is our recommended option for larger setups, makeup artists and regular content creation.
Installation & setup
How do I install Lamps4Makeup lights? +
The lights are plug-in and designed for a straightforward setup around your existing mirror. Position one light on each side, connect your chosen cable setup and plug the lights into a power outlet.
No permanent built-in electrical installation is required.
Do I need to drill into the wall? +
No. Basic, Premium and PRO are designed as freestanding makeup lights and do not require wall drilling for normal installation.
Where should I place the lights? +
For even illumination, place one light on each side of your mirror, approximately around face level. Light from both sides helps reduce the strong shadows that can occur when illumination comes only from above.
What cable options can I choose? +
Depending on the set, you can choose between the standard common-wire setup, a longer common wire or two separate switches.

Can I move the lights to another room? +
Yes. Because the lights are plug-in rather than permanently built in, they can be moved when needed.

What colour temperature are Lamps4Makeup bulbs? +
Lamps4Makeup bulbs provide 4500K daylight-style white light, chosen to give clear, neutral-looking illumination for makeup and everyday beauty routines.
Why is 4500K suitable for makeup? +
4500K provides a neutral daylight-style white light that makes it easier to judge coverage, colour and blending without the strongly warm appearance of typical household lighting.
Do Lamps4Makeup light sets come with bulbs? +
Yes.
Basic 4+4: 8 bulbs
Premium 5+5: 10 bulbs
PRO 6+6: 12 bulbs
Can I buy replacement bulbs? +
Yes. Replacement Lamps4Makeup bulbs are available separately.
Which bulb base do I need? +
Lamps4Makeup light sets use E14 bulbs.
Some Hollywood-style mirrors use E27 bulbs, so always check the socket type of your mirror before ordering replacement bulbs.
Are the lights suitable for photos and video? +
Yes. Lamps4Makeup lights are designed to provide consistent illumination for beauty routines and can also be used for makeup photos and video content.

How do I place an order? +
Choose your product and configuration, add it to the cart and continue to checkout. Enter your delivery information and choose one of the payment methods available for your country.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after the order has been placed successfully.
What payment methods can I use? +
Available payment methods depend on your country and are displayed during checkout. This means you always see the payment methods currently available for your market.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help. Once an order has already been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

How long does delivery take? +
Delivery time depends on the destination. Current estimates are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page and on eligible product pages.
How much does shipping cost? +
Shipping cost depends on the destination and delivery method. The current shipping price for your order is shown during checkout.
Free shipping is available from €199 in Estonia and Finland.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Use the tracking link in that email to see the latest delivery status.
I can't find my tracking information. What should I do? +
Check your shipping confirmation email first. If you still cannot find the tracking information, contact us at info@lamps4makeup.com and include your order number.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges? +
Orders delivered within the European Union normally do not involve import customs duties.
For destinations outside the EU, local taxes, duties or customs fees may apply according to the rules of the destination country.
Returns & warranty
Can I return my order? +
Eligible Lamps4Makeup products can be returned according to our return conditions and applicable return period.
Lamps4Makeup light sets include a 30-day trial, allowing you to try the lighting in your own space.

How do I start a return? +
Contact us with your order number before returning the product. We will provide the relevant return instructions.
Do Basic, Premium and PRO have a warranty? +
Yes. Basic 4+4, Premium 5+5 and PRO 6+6 include a 5-year warranty.
Warranty terms for other Lamps4Makeup products may differ.
What should I do if something arrives damaged? +
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number together with clear photos of the product and packaging.
This helps us understand what happened and resolve the issue faster.
What if a bulb stops working? +
Replacement bulbs can be purchased separately.
