Free shipping is available for orders of €199 or more delivered to:
- Estonia
- Finland
Tracking and insurance
Orders are shipped with tracking and are insured during delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
The delivery company may also contact you by email or SMS regarding your delivery.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered within the European Union do not involve import customs duties.

Returns
Eligible Lamps4Makeup products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy and 30-Day Trial conditions.
Please contact us before sending a product back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transport.
