Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to update product information, specifications and availability when necessary.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed it and begun processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:
- incorrect pricing or product information;

- inability to fulfil the order;
- obvious technical or payment errors.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Some Lamps4Makeup products are covered by our 30-day trial. The exact eligibility and return conditions are stated in our Return and Refund Policy and Returns & Warranty information.
Customers should contact us before returning a product so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
7. Warranties
Certain Lamps4Makeup products include a commercial warranty in addition to statutory consumer rights.
For example, Basic 4+4, Premium 5+5 and PRO 6+6 currently include a 5-year Lamps4Makeup commercial warranty, while Lamps4Makeup LED makeup bulbs include a 1-year commercial warranty.

Commercial warranties do not affect statutory consumer rights.
8. Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- a description of the issue.
This information allows us to assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Intellectual property
All content on lamps4makeup.com, including product names, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and website content, is owned by or licensed to Lamps4Makeup unless otherwise stated.
