30-Day Trial
Choosing lighting online can be difficult. We want you to be able to see how the product actually works with your mirror, room and beauty routine.
Try your lights in your own space
Basic 4+4, Premium 5+5, PRO 6+6, Hollywood mirrors and Ring Light come with a 30-day trial.
Set up the product, try it in your own space and use it as part of your normal beauty routine. If it isn't right for your space, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our return conditions.

- The product must be in its original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
Once an eligible return is accepted, the refund covers the price of the returned product.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. Any additional or upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Product warranty
Lamps4Makeup commercial warranties are additional to the legal guarantee and other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Makeup light sets
Basic 4+4, Premium 5+5 and PRO 6+6 include our 5-year Lamps4Makeup commercial warranty.
LED makeup bulbs
Lamps4Makeup LED makeup bulbs include a 1-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the 5-year commercial warranty cover?
The Lamps4Makeup warranty applies to covered faults in materials or workmanship that occur during normal intended use within the warranty period.

What isn't normally covered?
The commercial warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or normal cosmetic wear.

Your legal guarantee rights
Consumers in the European Union benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years for consumer goods. National law may provide longer protection in some countries.
These legal rights apply independently of our 30-day trial and any Lamps4Makeup commercial warranty.
